Salad Ballad
The salad shown in this video is about as simple as it gets. There are just
three ingredients: chili, avocado, and salad greens. There's no need for
dressing since the chili and the avocado provide more than enough flavor and it
doesn't take much time at all to prepare. Although the chili is canned and
the salad greens come in a plastic package, it's the case that this
combination is still pretty healthy. In fact, I always use fat free chili
in order to avoid unhealthy animal fat. There's plenty of healthy
unsaturated fats provided by the avocado and so in many ways this is an
ideal lunch.
